Let's get you started on your fitness journey.
There are many different ways to get fit and stay fit. You can do this with our group sessions and have others around you to motivate you. Or you can go for our one to one sessions where you have dedicated time to meet your personal goals. Take a look below at the different ways I can help achieve your fitness goals.
GROUP WORKOUT SESSIONS
The group workout sessions currently take place virtually so you can workout from the comfort of your home. The sessions are guided so I will workout with you and give you guidance throughout.
Group sessions are currently scheduled to take place Mondays and Tuesdays from 5:30 pm and Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12.30pm. The sessions last about 40 minutes in total.
The exercises can be done with little or no equipment. I also recommend equipment to purchase should you wish to advance your workout.
The group sessions are mixed level. So from beginner to advanced level. During the guided workout, I offer a variation to each exercise so you can choose which level you are comfortable to start with and advance to the next level when you are ready.
ONE TO ONE SESSIONS
I also offer one to one sessions. These are done virtually but guided so I will workout with you and support you throughout the routine.
This option is more suitable for someone who wants some flexibility with their workout routine.
You can book sessions in 15 -40 minute slots depending on your availability.
I will discuss with you your fitness goals, availability and budget to determine the best schedule for your one to one sessions.

GROUP WORKOUT SESSIONS
Group sessions start from as little as £20 per month which gives you access to two group sessions per week. For £30 per month you can access four group sessions per wee.
You also have the option to pay as you join which is £5 per session.

ONE TO ONE SESSIONS
One to one sessions start from as little as £30 per month. One to one sessions are ideal for someone with varying availability and wants some flexibility with their workout routine. You can book 15-40 minute slot depending on your availability. We will discuss your fitness goals and availability and budget to determine the best schedule for your one to one sessions. Contact me to discuss further.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
Monday at 5:30 to 6:10 p.m.
Wednesday at 12:30 to 1:10 p.m

STRETCH IT OUT
Tuesday at 5:30 to 6 p.m.
Thursday at 12:30 to 1 p.m.
Treat your body to a nice relaxing stretch. A great way to release any tension in the muscles and improve your flexibility.

Monyaress community is a fitness community created by me Yollanda Musa
"Monyaress" is a word inspired by my native tongue Shona (spoken in Zimabwe). Monyaress represents a strong woman on a mission to meet her fitness goals. She is strong, she is tough and beneath that tough exterior she is an empress.
Monyaress community is a fitness community where I hope you will feel inspired and motivated. There will be monthly fitness challenges you can try out. I will share fitness videos and tips.
